Features of the Exampact app include:* The app considers a parent or teacher as the main user that signs up for the app.* Upon successful sign-up, a parent or teacher can create separate profiles for up to 6 children or students that will eventually learn using the app.* Each child can access the learning contents tailored to them based on their class in school from their individual profiles within the app.* The parent can set up and enable PIN access to parents only portion of the app.
This is important as we know that the children may use the parents device to access the app for learning.* The children are not tied to using only their parents device; they can use another device (phone or tablet) to access the app as long as the parents logs into the device.* The parent can also enable PIN access for the children.
This is important so that one child will only access their own profile, and not the profile of other children sharing a device.* Each childs performance is tracked separately and is accessible to them in their individual profile scoreboards.* The parents profile has a general dashboard that shows all the scoreboards of all the children combined for quick access and review.* The parents profile also has a real-time activities dashboard which is constantly updated when a child completes studying a topic or completes an exam or quiz.* The apps scoreboard is quite rich with information, including performance on particular topics within subjects.* The app stores a history of up to 4 attempts for each exam, presenting a chart containing all attempts.
This is a feedback of improvement after each attempt.

* The apps concept of solutions is a step-by-step explanation of how the answers are gotten and these solutions are available for review after taking each quiz or exam.* This apps exams come in two forms: STANDARD exam and CUSTOMIZED exam.* A STANDARD exam for a subject has a proper mix of all the topics in that subject and it presents a proper test of your childs knowledge of the subject.* A CUSTOMIZED exam is usually used to master particular topics in a subject.
Therefore, it allows your child to take tests in particular topics of interest.
This is usually the case when your child wants to master some "WEAK TOPICS".* STANDARD Exams are usually timed while CUSTOMIZED exams can have the timer disabled or enabled, at the discretion of the child taking the exam.* While taking an exam, the app has a bookmark feature that allows a child to bookmark questions of interest; this serves as an automatic reminder of questions of interest to review the solutions after completing the exam.The pragmatic approach to learning that comes with Exampact has been tested with students in a school with resounding success; hence the need to translate those methods into an app.
